Meet Cayden!
I'm running for City Council At-Large because I love this community and believe in its future.
I grew up in a small town in Maine in a working-class family, where I learned the value of hard
work, humility, and community.
Nearly a decade ago, I moved to Worcester to attend Clark University — and never looked back.
Falling in love with Main South, I chose to stay and build a life in District 4 as a middle-income
renter and dedicated community advocate.
As a first-generation college student, I earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a
Master's degree in Community Development.
This background led me to a career in public health, where I have worked extensively in harm
reduction, policy advocacy, and coalition-building.
My work is focused on making communities healthier and more equitable, ensuring that public policy
reflects the needs of the people it serves.
I am a proud, openly trans man. I am deeply committed to equity, accessibility, and representation
in government.
I believe in a Worcester where working people, renters, and historically marginalized communities
have a real voice in decision-making.
When I'm not working to create a more just and inclusive city, you can find me enjoying live music,
tending to my plants, drinking coffee, and hanging out with my cat, Pumpkin.
